蔡琴11日在香港展開「百萬精華」巡演，第５度登上紅磡開唱，她穿一套鑲有3000顆水鑽的翡翠洋裝華麗開場，還問粉絲：「你們真的不會嫌我老嗎？」再強調：「我全身上下、從裡到外都是真的，沒有到過韓國微整。」出道35年的她享受舞台，打趣說：「不要問我何時退出歌壇，也不要等我退出『人壇』才給我三鞠躬、想起我的演唱會，請在我活著時來看我現場演唱。」
